We are a handmade Candle Haus, made for you by us. A mother & daughter duo started in 2020, was inspired to build a business that pays homage to “The Queen City,” more widely known as Charlotte, North Carolina.

Initially a hobby, I always loved candles and scents. I grew up learning to clean on Saturday mornings, and as an adult I started lighting a candle when I cleaned, relaxed or just for the scent. I began to craft custom scents and wax blends that represented the rich diversity seen throughout Charlotte. A love letter to the Carolinas, Haus of Color Candles features scents, wax melts and packaging, sourced from local vendors, as well as, native ecological sources unique to the region.
